1. Service Overview

ContractorVault provides subcontractor compliance document tracking services for UK construction companies. We track, store, and monitor the status of compliance documents across your subcontractor supply chain. We do not create, author, approve, or certify compliance documents, and we do not provide compliance advice. All compliance decisions remain the responsibility of the subscribing company.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential clients to learn about our services and book setup calls. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

By subscribing to ContractorVault, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no further charges after the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice (founding members retain their locked-in pricing)
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable

4. Money-Back Guarantee

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

5. Document Ownership

All documents submitted to ContractorVault remain the property of the submitting party. We act as custodians and organisers of your documents, not as owners or authors. Upon cancellation, you may request export of all your documents within 90 days.

6. Limitations of Service

ContractorVault does not:

• Provide compliance advice or interpretation
• Determine, certify, or declare compliance status
• Author or create compliance documents
• Guarantee that tracked documents are authentic or accurate
• Act as Principal Designer or CDM consultant
• Conduct on-site inspections or audits
• Offer legal or health & safety guidance

We provide document tracking and visibility. The subscribing company retains full responsibility for all compliance decisions.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date. The information provided does not constitute professional compliance advice.

8. Liability

ContractorVault shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
